We work as a family. Great for freshers. Full of opportunities and learning.

Dislikes

Just need to update there system a bit like using ERP for salaries and also for maintaining procurement records. I suggest to make our company a little modern and up to date with newer technologies.

You will handle or get used to handle almost all kind of situation in life good or satisfactory or worst but then listen to the words of one and only Mr Amitabh Agrawal a true legend. This company gave me education ,experience and guidance for my upcoming bright future. I am for and always in favour of this company . There are certain places to look forward new changes thats what Ms Dhoni did,exactly those changes will make Mec mighty and also it will be profitable for a long term planning .

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
