Just need to update there system a bit like using ERP for salaries and also for maintaining procurement records. I suggest to make our company a little modern and up to date with newer technologies.

There are certain places to look forward new changes thats what Ms Dhoni did,exactly those changes will make Mec mighty and also it will be profitable for a long term planning .

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
