1. Focusing on unneccery reports and analysis such as OTIF even when customer doesnt give any response to it. 2. Too much work load on each individuals 3. Very poor after sales support to the customer, there should be a saperate department for this. 4. Internal process are very complicated, eg. Approvals, new tech developments 5. No value for hard work, its just their job 6. Freedom to speech but no one cares what you are speaking 7. Few leaders are very arrogant 8. 30% of tasks are unproductive and done just for sake of doing.

Opportunity to learn, develop your skills. You will always have opportunity to pick new projects, ideate on POCs etc.

... have myopic thought at work as far as tech/product/design and Marketing goes. Also, they pay far below industry standards.

... am at Moglix since September’20, enjoying one of the best time of my carrier. Salary is fine, Salary timing is superfine (1st of the month, never delayed) seniors support(most of HODs are IITs IIMs, higher growth (average 15%) open to new ideas, only one issue, Customer Success team have lengthy processes, typical data punching. Best infrastructure, best employee care, 2 Saturday off every month, 2-3 days per week work from home, intense COVID times complete work from home. One of the best company I ever worked.

Typical documentation, rigid finance department (low supportive)

1 - Decent startup providing adequate compensation. 2 - Decent working environment. 3 - Good open doors culture. 4 - Most people are really helpful.

Dislikes

1 - Lack of growth opportunities at Junior levels. 2 - Lots of politics to be played in a select few office locations. 3 - No benefits except health insurance. 4 - Some directors are not a pleasure to work with.
