Timely salary, that's it.

Well, there's a lot to talk on this, but I'll keep it short. 1. They hire bad talent, alot of people I saw hired were really bad at basic skills. 2. Job security, they fire people a lot. 3. It's not a tech company, it's more of a business company, so no new technologies being used, business rules the tech, tech don't have a backbone. 4. Lot if heirarchy game, everybody on a level tries to make the above level person happy even though people below them are having a bad time. 5. Very manipulating managers, who know how to get work done from juniors even by hook or crook or by giving them false promises. 6. On techside they don't follow any structure, no documentation of code, no code reviews, no one gives a damn about quality.

There is nothing as such I have found here.

Dislikes

Work culture, unskilled team leads, unprofessional behaviour, cost cutting on tissue paper, fake publicity, they will promise to you a lot during joining but nothing will complete.

Likes

1. Understanding Collegues & Managers 2. Positive Office Environment 3. Salary on time 4. Freedom to speech and act 5. Enough work that you wont feel boredom

Dislikes

1. Focusing on unneccery reports and analysis such as OTIF even when customer doesnt give any response to it. 2. Too much work load on each individuals 3. Very poor after sales support to the customer, there should be a saperate department for this. 4. Internal process are very complicated, eg. Approvals, new tech developments 5. No value for hard work, its just their job 6. Freedom to speech but no one cares what you are speaking 7. Few leaders are very arrogant 8. 30% of tasks are unproductive and done just for sake of doing.

Opportunity to learn, develop your skills. You will always have opportunity to pick new projects, ideate on POCs etc.

Dislikes

... have myopic thought at work as far as tech/product/design and Marketing goes. Also, they pay far below industry standards.

Toxic culture, leadership doesn’t have clarity, their actual business is just chasing numbers and they don’t have any other SaaS solution, not able to pivot even after so many years, few regional heads/director are just sales oriented and they don’t have a vision. ITS NOT A SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS COMPANY. They just do VENDOR CONSOLIDATION. That too at not so great commercials.
