>Zero Job Security, Sales Manager or KAM's does not have any proper knowledge in B2B MRO category domain either.
>They lead team of Sourcing / Procurement associates, pushes them to coordinate with Buyers of B2B customers and constantly pressures them to convert the orders to fulfil their monthly targets.
>So eventually the Procurement, Sourcing and Operations Professional employed is basically doing the Sales job only and in Job Description of AM/DM Sourcing they are mentioning the Sourcing functions and KRA's but it is not so post joining the organization.
>Management/CEO has good plans & superior leadership quality which will make the startup company bigger or unicorn in future for sure but at the branch level specifically at Ahmedabad Vadodara Bharuch, the Sales person are creating too much pressure & getting their KRA's fulfilled with Sourcing associates.
>No fixed Job role any person is expected to do everything Sales, Ops, etc.
>Worklife balance is too poor, expected to work 12-13hrs. on a daily basis if you join company though Work from Home is added advantage.
>Some premier Bschools people are just heavyweight Elephants with zero ground level knowledge.
>Payscale is unjustified and unequal.
>Nothing like MNC's just a local trading firm with an data driven and unstructured processes

Many, I'll list down few..
1) No job security at all. Anytime you will get sacked..
2) you need to pamper your bosses always. Else nothing will go right. Bosses have ultimate power of signing expenses, appraisal, relieving etc..
3) worst hr team ever I seen in my career. Good for nothing HR. There are not for employees. They only support management.
4) you should start performing from day one. Else you can be fired in the 2-3 month.
5) no values for your feelings. Fully profit minded. Not good for employees.
