1. Politics is on high now a days. 2. They do not care about existing employees. No professionalism at all. For all small small works which must be done by GRO or HR/ Admin team for the employees, either you have to do it or you have to leave all work at site and visit Head office daily until your work is done( it could be a day, a week or Months depending upon the HR personnel's mercy or you links ). 3. Very low pay scale. 4. If you get a very good opportunity in another company, they won't release you or delay the release process until the other company cancel's your offer. 5. Employee have to work in multiple projects in same or different cities. Accept the additional work or dont expect increment/bonus. 6. No overtime for employees having greater than 5k SAR. Doesn't matter even if worked additional time as per site demand. 7. HR won't answer you anything about deductions, upon email they will tell "as per company policy". I swear no one in company have ever seen the company policy. Because there is no written company policy. Changes in current policies is not passed to sites. 8. At the end I can say the worst they did with me, they didn't pay my final settlement amount during my exit after 5 years of work in the company. I wasted my 5 years of life for nothing.

Egyptian management ruin the company... previous management ( lebanon,yemani, jordan) they balance everything with time to time.they focused on project with quality.bt Egyptian management only filled their own people, either company growth goes down.they didn't Care about that.

1st thing learned lot of experience. about what is project, and how do handle the project with all kind of teammates..in UMMUAL PHOSPHATE GYPSUM STACK Thuraif (saudi arabia) since at last 3 years..

climate (whether) & improper yearly vocation.. (about replacement work)
