Micro-management Office Politics Unethical means Heavy work load completed before probation end date in the hopes of a better promotion, instead after the work was completed, they terminated the contract, citing unsatisfying delivery, without ever a discussion, no faults, no complaints, no team meeting, or any insight, and since it was before probation, it couldn't be debated. It was done to get the tough work done, and later they would hire cheaper employees. the head of office did not return query mails and phone calls, after the sudden, unreasonable termination was issued. the head of office was also verbally abusive to other employees, including the creative manager who was terminated overnight, breaching legally bound contracts. the digital marketing head shared requirements of factually untrue, and technically impossible projects. Forced me to write inauthentic content, and took no accountability when amazon created a fuss about the same, was also responsible for maligning employee image in front of seniors, made sexist comments in the passing about women workforce and women in general "women are not good at this, women are like this only, women are intellectually inferior". Bullied employees when a new idea was shared. the head office in USA is racist and demeaning to Indians.
