It was a very good experience working with Modi Schools. You can grow on your own.

Dislikes

They were paying salary so high but rules were very strict. All over it is good to grow and learning experience. 12 Hours shift is very much difficult. 7 to 7

Work environment is really good as compared to other such schools. Compensation is better than other schools in rajkot but i would not call it very good. Lot of working liberty with nice friendly staff and principal.

Nothing worst school from employee point of view only fees oriented opportunist vulture like culture immense manipulation by superiors and hell lot of politics from micro to macro lvl 🤬🖕

Dislikes

Everything basically work environment underpaid overwhelming insecurity of job loads of pressure one sided management very petty minded authorities also highly stingy and deaf to honest ones working in their schools highly money minded and can lay off employees anyday once they get better options

The environment Of school is not good for working. The payout is very low and work load is very high. They are taking advantage of people's situation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
