First 3 months they approve travelling claims after they reduce one by one and after 5 months they remove complete local expanses and one person name Shekhar did this cost cutting in employees local travelling, and hr will did cost cutting in salaries and finally when we leave with providing service period that salary they not provide. Finally it's very worst management there is no timing in working hours after also they not give leaves

All the things what they’re doing that all dissatisfied for employees They will give lot of torture to the employees. Even I do faced it

I am join this company as a support engineer but after some time as per my performance company promote to me as project engineer but no salary increment. Second think when I promote , that time 2 condidate was resign after that we are handle both candidate work but no salary increment so I suggest to guys please don't join at modwin again as you wish.
