...ice all my fellow architecture friends not to join Module Corporate in any case. Yes, they pay well but it is nothing when compared to peace of mind. There is a lot politics going on in such a small firm, and when combined with the poor behaviour it totally makes you want to leave the job.

Dislikes

Everything. The senior employees don't teach you the work if you are a new joinee. Everyone is too focused on pleasing the boss rather than completing the actual work. Only women are recruited in the office and the boss flirts with women from time to time. There is zero professional work culture and job security. Overall it is not a good company to start your career with
