No standard policies framed No job security Stressful Worst work culture No strong management for Bangalore(India) Company focussing on multiple acquisition for improving share market outlook but not focussing on merging and making it a successful acquisition. Company keep pouring money on acquisition and laying off employees, no proper hike. Pathetic leadership team & HR team and worst management. It looks like management will close Bangalore office soon. No deciding authority in Bangalore for any sort of issues / ideas, it goes to US management. Although we are in house employees, we are forced to treat US employees as clients by local management. During layoff they moved few resources to service desk and claiming that management given a new life to those employees. They are not thinking in a way that they spoiled career of employees by laying off or by forcing to fill service desk vacancy. My career worst experience in this organization. Never recommend this organization to anyone.
