Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are okay, appraisals are fair and give hike and bonus erery year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The maintenance head is not as good doesn't matter how much work you do for him it is less he won't appreciate your work he will only disappoint with us. Head do Partiality with electrical and mechanical .

As usual internal politics between management people and some specific staff members. No clear communication and transparency between KMP and staff. No proper planning of work that disturbs your work-life balance.
