New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Salary on time and No late sitting allowed for women's

Dislikes

Old fashioned work style No one trust and no one take decision on time... They not thinking about employees benifits and comfortness. Poor sitting arrangement for employees... No celebration of any festival... No one thinks for employees welfare.
