I like the way the work culture is balanced. The problems being faced or any minor issue faced by the employee is taken care of. The time flexibility is very impressive being an young employee here.

Nothing like in this company. Favoritism, Partial Behaviour, Toxic culture, Management are bunch of fools.

Everything Dislike here, No work life balance, expect to work like donkeys. No policies, some people work remotely or hybrid mode.

Pratik Modi sir has great knowledge, But he is only money-minded - He has a bad habit of not clearing the salary of employees who left his company.

Dislikes

There is a politics in Hapur Branch, Gaurav is a manager of the Hapur Branch, He doesn't do work at all and also doesn't whoever tries to do his/her work properly which can also affect him, He tries to remove him from the company. The company doesn't focus on Career growth at all. The working environment of the Hapur Branch is bad overall in terms of - teammates, learning, work environment, and Innovation.
