Nothing. It's a bhagwa company run by saffron goons. The company has MRI and a Home Entertainment store in Texas, US where all the paperwork and backoffice work is done in the Turbhe MIDC office, India. The people who work there are mostly call centre persons. The HR has one mullah who goes to other firms and pretends to be a candidate and steals resumes to source people. One Goth female who does not wear underwear, ill-fitting tight clothes and had bad, rotten teeth does Collections and sucks up to the management while actually speaking ill about everyone. I heard from staff that the previous teams at TBI were fired because they were caught sleeping on job and playing games when there was downtime. The fact is the management is involved in some really insidious plan where if you drink the tea and eat the snacks offered by the housekeeping staff, they will medicate your food with sleeping pills and high blood pressure medicine. This happened with me when I took the tea that was served at 2:30 am. After I began refusing the tea and snacks, the HR mullah wrote an email demanding an explanation as why I was refusing to eat and drink what was offered. That set off an entire chain of events where the situation got toxic beyond repair.

The owners will play dumb but they are the planners of all the evil, negative things that are being done in the office. The owners have the chef and the housekeeping staff dose the tea and snacks that are served to employees at the desk, where you will see that the staff prepares individual servings in the cafeteria and carries it down to the desk. They do not have any POSH committee nor do they have adherence to labor laws. I was asked to do Collections, even though I was not experienced and informed them. They will show one person who has worked there for 15 years, to show job security but the fact remains that person comes at his own will and goes as per his own wish. The food that is served in the cafeteria is responsible for the maximum health issues of stomach pain, gas, bloating and generally, one should avoid any food and drink that is given by the company.

Timely Salary payment , good food facilities , infrastructure is good, employee are provide with 2 desktop and quality PC ,The canteen is good both management and leaders are commendable
