...work and always give pressure mainly to new joiner employes without any reasons. Getting higher position and enjoying their salary while Dumping stocks in Psr head quaters to save his job while psr is facing problem.

Products are well known to doctors, but the upper management will not giving you any support, they just put fake calls and earning huge incentive, because of them PSR's are also not working at they give big adjustments

Dislikes

Very low TA, DA expenses are very low . You have to pay from your pocket if you are traveling to out station.

Team mates are gud nature, apraisel is not following by rule, working environment is gud, no pressure, you can balance ur life with work.

I dislike salary structure and da strategy da is so late also salary, incentive not given on time.

Work culture didn't align with my work style or personal values . Working hours quite demanding which impacted my work life balance and last few months salary late credit date by day.
