...reness for potential employees and others considering working with this company. During my time here, I encountered persistent issues with my salary. For anyone considering employment with Modi Hyundai, I urge you to proceed with caution.Make sure to get *Appointment letter * otherwise *Confirmation of Salary and Position* on mail.HR will say, i will provide you after a month or 3 months pls dnt believe anyone in this organisation in a matter of salary and job position,take confirmation on mail atleast. In my case, i joined this company recently without any appointment letter or confirmation on mail, I trust them blindly in the end they cheated on my salary i received less salary as discussed in interview, when i raised my issue with senior they denied to acpt this.After this scenarios i quit this job and they listed my name in absconding list which IDC _|_. You get to learn many new things in the role at the company As a Team leader I learnt a lot of things and handling a good number of team belonging from different departments and location.

... junior level get low salary so don't expect professional behaviour from anyone. Even my salary is low when compared to designation as Team leader.

Modi hyundai vasai workshop CFO is very good person who actually understand the situation to accounts person as well other employees. Gautam sir and nidhi mam also very supportive got new staff.

Vasai workshop is fully occupied with politics. If you are shake your head like bull then all will be good. When left employees are rejoined to vasai workshop they are assuming that the workshop is theire Papa's house, if group is not like to any employee thet internally employees will try to you for byebye. D

Overall everything this good and it's strong group you just need to have attitude to chase new challenges. Management is good supportive as per employee aspect. HOD's will guide you better to grow in career.
