Toxic work culture teammates are supportive but management is not good for employees. Worst policies .

Management doesn't address our issues like no cab facilities for female employees at night when they complete their work with permission it's 9:30 or 10:0 pm this is main issue.

Our organisation has taken many precautions Prior to the spread of the corona pandemic, many of the staffs were allowed to work from home, Ensured Proper sanitisation of office and equipments and more over the management has given proper awareness. Supported the employees both mentally and financially.

The growth of the employees are too slow

here you will get less work .. work stress level is 0 for sure this is good as well bad too for the person if a person wants to stay in comfort and work stress life balance then MTS is the best company to work
