Principal of Bharatpur modern school Mr. Manoj tyagi is not able to take right decision. He runed specially class 10, class 11 and class 12 by taking his funny and indisciplinary manner as well as teachers future. He is not capable to handle any school task perfectly as well as managerial decision. He is playing with students and teachers future and is cheating with management also because no one is there to analyse school activities from management side.

Dislikes

about teachers, the perception of principal depends upon the sycophants. There are lots of sycophants there. No job security there.

Job security is good but appraisal are not fair work culture is good, teammates are supportive and management is fine but company policies are not fixed

Dislikes

No job training is given to new joinees sometimes the management doesn't address our issues but sometimes very cooperative depends on person to person

Likes

Since I was only a part-time teacher I wouldn't be able to talk about my teammates. But all I can say is I was satisfied with my work.

I am sorry I can't comment much about the working condition at Modern School.
