Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Worse company worked for in my life. Hired without reason. Made me sit without work for 6 months. Very frustrating. Broke contract without notice and did not even compensate, even tho written in agreement. MD has no manners at all about how to speak with the staff, keeps on shouting and degrading people.

Dealer is very supportive and has in depth knowledge of cutting tools and having 20years of experience in it. You can get to know many things and you can get your basics strong. Opportunity after getting a sufficient experience are great in these field. Initially if one really wants to enhance technical knowledge and thinks of getting great opportunities after getting 2-3years of experience, Modern Tools is among the best companies.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
