Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Company always harassing to the employee and Security Guards, charge penalty for not wearing ID card, Forcing to come on Company during Lockdown otherwise They Terminate, Not fulfill their promises to reimburse of the traveling to office- traveling expenses during Lockdown , Forcing to provide Handover responsibility to other employees after 2 months of Resignation date otherwise they not provide "full and final settlement". Providing Health Insurance documentation and receive Signature 7 days before Resignation date (10 month later of Joining Date) which is useless

Un proper management Using Offensive language by the management Vary Rude behavior of Management
