...s due to Ego, false commitment s. Lies, and ditch to their workers and staff. No PF, gratuity,no perks, no bonus, weekly off is also unpaid, no celebration, - They should respect everyone and offer above all things company loves peoples who have salaries between 5000-25,000/- only.they play politics and behaves like sweet poison.- they should stop this playing so that their business may fall in good condition.

The great Boss(MD) are behaving terrible. Spooning culture encourages by Mr. Arora. Too much employee turnover with zero ethic. Full of water mixing with milk on their work culture.

Management uses lot of badworks while talking and mess in work done and support given to junior team and they expect you teach them all and become useless since than junior can do your work at low salary
