Work experience is good for me as a fresher but selery is very low to exception. I am not satisfied by my selery. Company polices are not good for employees.

There is very politics management. Salary and career growth is very slow.

Our management team is always open to feedback and actively encourages employee participation. Our leaders lead by example and are actively involved in every aspect of the company. They are transparent in their decision-making and communicate regularly with employees to ensure everyone

It is a good place of learning for beginners.

Dislikes

They always have less staff in comparison to work they receives. Due to this sometimes it became very hectic and busy schedule but this also provide a great learning opportunity for newcomers.

It's very unfortunate that,becoze of wrong reporting a sales person was made responsible instead of lab technician... secondly no one came just come and develop the market suddenly after joining...it's takes minimum of 6 months to bring change..
