Modern builders one of the leading company in commercial building around Coimbatore. Good environment to work employees as well as providing platform to learn freshers. They provide all facilities to their employees like travel allowance and other expenses.Giving opportunity to their employee to work with various field of projects.

Dislikes

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
