But , there was low salary to manage our home works. I think that that they gave some opportunity for a promotion . And the other reason is that was the production manager have dosen't a good behavior.

Modelama Exports Pvt Ltd is a top leading textile industry in India.I am a part of a team in Accounts Section. Its mostly goods exports in overseas country as mainly US,UK ,Canada Japan. One overseas factory situated in Indonesia. I hope to visit this branch as soon as possible. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. Thats it.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a big issue that management is terminate to employees without notice pay.

Work and personal life balance is not possible after joining. It is a big group , so there is so many things you can do inside..big worload.
