Job insecurity, previously it was good.After company was acquired by another company, it was a mess and totally cost cutting things everywhere. Old tech stack Managers are capable to identify skilled people,they have some set of people who favours and working with them for long time No career growth and Automation tech stack Totally manual even in automation framework which makes users skillset inefficient

... of interviews. HRs are helpful and approachable. The leave policy is excellent. Compensation is also decent. I am enjoying my days in Model N.

Likes

People, salary, and benefits are good. Moved to a new office in Raheja which is a plus. Many tenured folks so the knowledge about custom frameworks, etc is well maintained by those folks.

Dislikes

Heavy middle management (too many Directors just for the sake of retention) so communication is very much segmented. Only a select few know what's truly going on. Skill development/ learning is not given enough attention and work satisfaction is very low. No rationale behind who gets promoted and why.

It is a sinking ship. No confidence in the management. Smart people realised this before hand and started leaving. It is now time for the management to control the damage and atleast recognize the existing employees. If you don't, there is always a competitor who would.

->Been with Model N for 8+ years. I see very good work culture at Model N. ->Leadership here at Model N is good in addressing concerns or issues of Employees. As an employee , we are free to discuss the concerns with Managers with out any hesitation. ->Employees are provided with additional holidays /wellness week offs which helps them to spend time with family and friends. ->Leave policy is good. ->The leader ship recognizes the employees efforts. ->Apart from work, as a company we also engage in various fun activities , celebrate festivals together . ->The work timing is flexible.

I don't have any concerns or things I dislike about Model N
