No work culture mostly politics ,no system, no salary hike as per expectation,no promotion as per experience,No uniform for staff, old PC is there not in good condition of work,no wifi for some departments using mobile internet, canteen available but worst quality food is there,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...rier growth in this organization . They are don't know the professional ethics. Especially your salary is decreasing with your current salary with out our knowledge . My personal opinion for this organization . I am sure they are cheaters.

MIC is a worst organizational behavior. They are cheaters.(especially HR people) Don't chose this organization,once you select this organization definitely your growth is 0. There is no employe welfare.

Mostly the management is poor and the staff don't support you on any projects, you are basically on your own. Also, the washroom is very dirty, they don't clean it often. Everything here is required on urgent basis, don't get to take even a little rest during work.
