Mostly the management is poor and the staff don't support you on any projects, you are basically on your own. Also, the washroom is very dirty, they don't clean it often. Everything here is required on urgent basis, don't get to take even a little rest during work.

One of the reasons i'm leaving is that i felt i was not challenged enough at the job. However after being there for around two years, I felt i was not able reach my full potential because of a real lack of challenge.
