Likes

Training the offshore staff as onshore could not obtain suitable people in Brazil.

Dislikes

The incompetence of onshore engineers and shore base managers.The build of new FPSO Vessels poor.The inability of Modec Brazil to make any profit for last 10 years shows incompetence Senior management onshore.

Some Brazilian co-workers threatened to go to the federal police and barr you from entring Brazil if they did not like the way you were acting toward them in a worķ environment

Oim's not all skilled and favour rather their friends as the guy that are doing the job...They hire and fire if they dont like you.No mabagement skills

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
