The Head of the firm is Nice and friendly, but few Staff below them are Rude, Arrogant, Sadist kind of personalities.

Dislikes

...se those seniors are working from 6-7 years, and they are very good at polities. and Yes, the Salary is below average, and 2 year bond is mandatory. (Might have changed the Policy)

The company founder is the best human being, I have ever seen, and motivation comes from him

Dislikes

There's high end politics and depressing behavior in the name of learning or teaching there work, comparing fresher architect with senior architects, I have office nightmares these days due to the politics and misbehave doing by team leaders. You feel like a machine or a donkey here.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
