The work culture here is Ok As much but some of team leader are good but evan they know Properly Any language of idea and not giving any appreciation

The company is good for joining as a fresher. Lot of scope to learn from the seniors. Job security is also excellent.

Office Politics is present at some level. Salary Appraisals have gone down off late.

There are very few people who will help you to grow your skills.

Dislikes

Working environment is terrible. Management is very bad. Few TL who are think about and supporting only their team members. Freshers are treated as a freshers. I think this company dont deserve one star.
