They pride themselves on carrying the start up culture, in the name of dynamic, but it's just another excuse to squeeze the life out of you. Don't expect any training for your role, as well. They throw you into the maze and expect you to guide yourself, and be passive aggressive about it.

Senior management is not sure what they are doing. Poor Hr policies. They don't know how to handle internal matters as everything is a joke until it becomes a serious issue.

They are over tolerant of non-performers. You truly have to hustle. Very little structured guidance provided but colleagues are very helpful right from the top. However everyone is super busy so u may not get time from folks. A great culture of sports with football, baddy and cricket tournaments. People with a flair for writing are encouraged...You can write on any topic you want! CEO, Lalit is himself a good writer, trekker, cyclist and adventurer.
