I would say perks and benefit can be better for employees. Also sometimes you have to put long hours based on project requirements.

The technical process is good, the CTO takes all the necessary efforts to make sure that technical process is followed. Processes such as Coding Standards, Code Documentations, Good Practices etc.

Dislikes

Poor management, No Party Culture, No Appreciation of any kind, Poor project analysis, Less client-side allowance, No onsite opportunities.

A company with a great working culture and very helpful management where you can achieve your goals. Providing a decent hike and good career growth. Here people can switch the technology easily if really they want. Anyone here can plan long working years like 5-10 years.

As I am working here from almost last 4 years but didn't face any problem. Everything is good like Job Security, Appraisal, Work Environment and No Politics.
