They provide decent compensation, but work could be per planed before getting started. Even with less in strength of employee its hard to get the management attention on you. Freshers training could improve. I request management to hire Freshers who is really shows interest in work. It is hard to say that shuffling is happening a lot no stable employee in project.

They will hire you for outsourcing to client office mostly for ITC info tech, Bosh, Schneider Electric.The project is for short period of time once over they will try to send you to different client office for different profile or they will say you to leave the organization. They will keep you for longer probation period even if you complete they will take more time to make you permanent employee or they will never make.

Though one may find a good team, but the Project acquisition and management team will definitely screw up your quality of work by ill managing it every-time, and putting peer pressure on you.
