...ou a package of 4 lap 5 lap 6lap 8lap etc.... on PAPER. Yes its on PAPER only... what ever be you in hand salary per month you will only get 40% or 50% of this salary. If and IF only you have worked for minimum of 10 to 12 HRs daily and you have delivered any project and IF the client has released the payment then only you will be getting you half salary.... AND if client doesn't pay, will not get any salary for months long. and you salary will be delayed for 2, 3, 4 months ...... * If you are Freshers Don't join --- Because this company MAIN agenda is to FOOL FRESHERS They hire freshers from Different college and promise to train you and Onboard in 2 to 3 Months and pay you around 3 LPA. But WAIT WAIT..... Truth is you will never be onboarded before 6 to 7 Months minimum, even if you know every thing React, node, mongo, ai, ml, blockchain, etc... before training even if you are super talented you wont be onboarded before 6 to 7 months... Now the time come after your 1 or 2 MONTHS of ONBOARDING process.... YES u heard right after months of training again wait for 2 to 3 months for your onboarding process to complete. After onboarding you will only get salary of around LESS than 17,000 only . yes you heard RIGHT less than around 17,000 in a METRO CITY for every one how much talented you are salary will be fixed. And you will be told that you have Probation period for 6 months and after 6 months you will receive 100 to 200 % Hike.. HAHA WAIT... AGAIN after 6 to 7 months of your HARD WORK you will receive a mail you PROBATAION period is expanded due to you poor performance. So Congratulation for wasting you 1 to 2 years by working in this HELL company at this minimum salary with no work life balance. Note for juniors its a BIG Red flag as on their job change to other company they will give a salary hike based on you current package. so which will land you no ware. So its better SIT at HOME prepare DSA and try other company.

Not good for freshers. Zero learning. No support form the management. There is no job security. They are going to hire you. Make you work for 3-4 months without pay and then fire. That's what happened with most of my colleagues.

...d don't give it back. You don't get any payslips and no proof of employment. Pathetic biometric and cut your salary on the basis of biometric failure. Don't join until you are in great need of job. Poor

... free mai kaam karate hai aur government se jo paisa aara hai internship ka ....us se apne employees ki salary dete hai O sorry....kaisi salary vo to milti hi nahi kisi ko bhi 2-3 Mahine baad ro ro kar dete hai agar mnn hua to ....nahi to sidha kehte hai ki resign kar do....aga itni dikkat hori hai management sabse bekar....koi bhi kaam time par nahi hota .....salary kisi ki time par nahi deni, Raat raat bhar kaam karana ....aur uska koi credit nahi .....bss bandhua majdoor ki trah kaam karte raho inki liya Abhi kya kar re hai ye.......naye interns hire kar re hai, Kyu ?.......jis se government se paisa le sake aur free ka kam kara sake .....phir jaise hi 5-6 mhine free mai kaam karane ke baad paisa dene ki bari aayegi.....nikal dege ek bhi cheez nahi hai yaha jiss achi bol sake ....bss haan sirf lunch provide karate hai
