I have learn excellent communication skills, wonderfull experience in team working and good system handling.

Dislikes

Carrier growth is is low as compare to many other companies. They hire employees on contract basis and on a third company panel with very low salary and more work. No benefits for the employee after leaving the company.

Mbilink is very good palace for work where you can enhance you professional skills and learn alot,its salary and other benefit are too good but there is no job security it downsizing ratio is very high.

All things are excellence except job security, company didn't care about the employees future. You did your work and go home but next day you will come to work the resignation papers are ready for employee which is terrible moment. I want to to work this organization if they think about the job security of there employees.

Mobilink is a good company for working. Unfortunately I am very annoyed due to some people like our manager, team lead, teammates,t.c and specially current CEO of Mobilink. these people are not provide the opportunity overall I have good experience in this company.

I was an user of Mobilink since 2009 when there was no internet and advance trends in Pakistan. Slowly and steadily the technology in. The windows were open in telecommunications at the same time. Mobilnk provide lot of services to it's costomerers but after an bug market achievement the company slowly going down because of it's employees lack of interest. It's capital goes down because of companies competitions.

There was some employees who enjoy full authority by the company have no interest and relationship with low order participants (retailers, Do's, Frenchise and customers complaints)
