...s per your work but you can get the opportunities to handle multiple projects. Work satisfaction : - As per the salary you will never satisfied with your work but as per knowledge you will.

You have to come on Sunday , you did not get any OT pay or complimentary off for that day, They don't paid enough as compare to how much you work , They have poor time line criteria for projects.

The nature of everyone are genuinely very nice and employees can learn here in a best way and overall my experience is good here and if I get change again to work with mobilestyx company in future , definately I'll work.

Had a great growth in the company, working since longtime so job security is excellent. Learning opportunities are very high one has to be eager and hungry to learn new things as people get to work on projects with good mentors. Company is growing and so are the people in it.

Dislikes

Although salaries are good and at par with market standards, they need to improve on other benefits. Need to be more organised and manage the company culture in a better way.

The organization offers numerous opportunities to develop and enhance skills. It is an excellent place to work with, especially for interns and freshers, as they are given opportunities to work on projects and gain valuable hands-on experience.
