The world's funniest company never give salary to the employee and always forces their employees. I was part of the company they have not provided me with my last two-month salary. Even they have not provided me my experience certificate.

1. Night shift is the main issue here. There will not be any rotational shift. You have to work in night. 2. Office will be opened on independence day, diwali, holi and other guested holidays. 3. There is no cab facility. 4. There is canteen at night.

Never paid salary on time. Doesn't even tell you why salary is being delayed. Won't provide Cab facility for night shift. Won't share relieving letter unless you keep on sending emails and keeps on calling.

...rding to our experience. Not recommended by me for anyone. Complete in politics. No work life balance, no company benifits, no salary hike at all . Micro management by HR Team, company will not provide anything regarding your work. You have to work like your personal work, you won't get metrial or any source for your work. But they need maximum profit with very minimum investment. They will remove people without proper guidance or without informing properly. I will not suggest anyone else to this worst company culture, and suggesting higher authorities to improve company culture not politics. Even in emergency also they don't provide wfh. If u want leave only.then they ask y you took leave. No much leaves no wfh
