Mobile Programming LLC Pvt. Ltd. is a great place to work, where they give an equal opportunity to every employee. The management of this company is always supportive in nature. Every senior employee tried to help their junior one. Company policy is almost good. If we talk about job security, then it is almost in every company. Because I was lost my job during the peak time of the pandemic, but I don't want to blame them for this. Almost every company was not able to afford their employee financially during this pandemic situation. Positively, this company is such a great place to work like every big MNC.

...ny tried to arrange some training session for their employee to learn something. This company always gives salary and appraisal on time. The working environment of this company is almost good. Every time this company talk about some innovative ideas and share with their employee. I was not found any sort of politics in this company. The administrative management system is also positive in nature. Careerwise growth in this company is great. The company tried to celebrate every religious event. They also tried to celebrate every employee's birthdays and organize some parties for refreshing the work culture. They also organize some sports events in this company, where everyone needs to participate. There are no more racism and gender inequalities in this company. They also offer some foreign travels to work with other companies on some on-site projects. Every time you have the chance to learn something innovatively. Job security is almost the same in every big or small MNC.

The world's funniest company never give salary to the employee and always forces their employees. I was part of the company they have not provided me with my last two-month salary. Even they have not provided me my experience certificate.

...ployee. Shirf apna Matlab dekte hai yahi karne bolte hai apne employee ko bhi. Salary nai dete hai working days letter bhi nai dete hai, Bahut ganda company hai.

... definately within 1 month they will terminate with any prior notice intimation. They will not provide you salary if you are on bench. They will spoil your career. They are gonna play politics on employees. Especially HR Managar, HR, RMS team are worst. Worst HR policies.
