There is a lot of politics and tha management doseng adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow threre is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness

The culture here is too good, we di have cost cuts like every other start ups but it is never at the cost of employee benefits. The company is people oriented and so are the co founders. You have a great legal and finance team. Some great product managers and also always dynamic.

Dislikes

I do not like how people who came in early think that they are the owners and there is a bit of favoritism. Some attrition in leadership.

Not much to like. You might get good responsibility but the low pay, unprofessional conduct and pressure isn''t worth it.

Dislikes

Managers can be unprofessionally rude. Work-Life balance is non-existent. Might be the worst company I have worked for. The Managers can use everything in their power to get you to work late at night, including threats of ruining your career somehow.
