No promotions as you work continuously for endless years company should work on it as everyone needs growth. Job security depends on your performance if you are a learner and able to deliver your work on time no need to worry about job security.

Company policies are very good and employee-friendly. I really enjoyed working in Mobikasa with the nice and senior team. Best Managers and Technologies are there in the company. Job security is high, work culture is good, management is supportive and friendly. Good salary structure. Annual Bonus is also good and healthy as per profile and projects.
