No promotions as you work continuously for endless years company should work on it as everyone needs growth. Job security depends on your performance if you are a learner and able to deliver your work on time no need to worry about job security.

Company have good projects and good start to work on frontend e-commerce tech. Salary is on time. Parties will be going on. Good projects and overall good leraning.

There are some mangers and team lead who are in the company and plays politics. Disturb the mental health and it feels you deserve nothing and demotivate you.

Company policies are very good and employee-friendly. I really enjoyed working in Mobikasa with the nice and senior team. Best Managers and Technologies are there in the company. Time-To-Time fun activities just to keep fresh the employees. Right decision-making skills in the management. Overall, fabulous experience working here.
