No promotions as you work continuously for endless years company should work on it as everyone needs growth. Job security depends on your performance if you are a learner and able to deliver your work on time no need to worry about job security.

... do have projects from different domains like Finance, Healthcare, Fitness, etc. Excellent Salary structure. Salary is always on time and good Appraisal Process every year. Company policies are very good and employee-friendly. I really enjoyed working in Mobikasa with the nice and senior team. Best Managers and Technologies are there in the company. Time-To-Time fun activities just to keep fresh the employees. Right decision-making skills in the management. Overall, fabulous experience working here.

Job security is high, work culture is good, management is supportive and friendly. Good salary structure. Annual Bonus is also good and healthy as per profile and projects.

Nothing as much, but they should pay for the internet expensed for the employees who are working from home.
