The company is good for working but the performance are not considered in the time period only when they require it has been considered and some it may not be, and apart from these the working colleagues are good and good place to work and to learn.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, the managers is to train the freshers apart from the site activities . the organisation is not settling our final settlements till date for the previous and present employee which is very bad to the organization.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
