Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Company policies are good.

Company doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Because MNCs group one of my favourite and company policies are good and good salary and bonus every year,and it's wonderful environment & culture.

In large firms, roles and responsibilities in teams are very clearly demarcated and usually, you would be assigned to a single task within a project. This could easily become your routine that could last for years.

Dislikes

Working with an MNC there is no 9-5 business. Work load might warrant you to spend 12 hours at work and only few hours with your family at home. This is sure to deflate you to a large extent though a hefty paycheque at the end of every month may excite you completely. It's just not about what you do.
