Also, got a lot of exposure since my seniors trusted in me. Hierarchy is a lot less than in other companies I've seen/worked in.

Till June 2020 all in management were excellent engineers and good human beings. Though the salary was low, job satisfaction and relationship was excellent. The present management is captured by non engineers and they removed all good Senior engineers. Now the company is running mainly on outsourcing. But, owner of the organization, Mr. Dastur is next to God person who has been side tracked by present Management.

Dislikes

Attitude of present management. They Intentionally harash people close to earlier management.
