...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...e some issues with regards to favouritism. Overall, the learning curve was good. Compensation, perks and benefits very much lower than industry standards. Since I was posted in site, hence the facilities were too good. The above feedbacks are based on my experiences during the two years (2010 to 2012) when I was associated with DCo. It may differ with some who are currently associated.

Pay scale is very much below industry standards. There is no diversification in the business it runs.

It allows you to work freely and balance official life along with family life simultaneously.

It's salary structure is much below the market standard and increment is also much less compared to similar companies which exist in the field.

I love the fact that I am a part a team that construction relaible, high quality productivity and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but increment is slow, the work pressure is very high.

Till June 2020 all in management were excellent engineers and good human beings. Though the salary was low, job satisfaction and relationship was excellent. The present management is captured by non engineers and they removed all good Senior engineers. Now the company is running mainly on outsourcing. But, owner of the organization, Mr. Dastur is next to God person who has been side tracked by present Management.

Dislikes

Attitude of present management. They Intentionally harash people close to earlier management.
