Only one think is good that there is no scheduled time of entry, and higher authority ( not departmental) are very much conscious about corona.

Dislikes

Worst organisation for a beginner. Most of the seniors are not encouragable. Salary structure is very poor. Even before Corona period they give 50% of our salary. If you take entry here then you have to forget what is increment. No job security is here. Lastly I can tell think many times before entering in such an poor organization.

Likes

For me it has been a good experience. Got the opportunity to be mentored by some veterans in the field both in terms of technology as well as in engineering and projects. Also, got a lot of exposure since my seniors trusted in me. Hierarchy is a lot less than in other companies I've seen/worked in.

Dislikes

...gineering advancements in better times. Some effort can, however, be seen now. Salary structure needs revision to meet current expectations, extremely low in some cases.

Likes

This is one of the best working cultured company, presently in India. A huge exposure for learning, polishing skills and so on. Very well balanced work load to enjoy the family life besides this. I will surely recommend people to get associated with this company if you get any opportunity .

Salary is decent with so many perquisites.. But inhand it is comparatively lower

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts to latest technology.Here scope of learning is exceptional with all the seniors around always ready to help at the time of need.Here work-life is also good.

...on below average considering the college's from which it recruits the engineers.The growth rate is also comparatively slowly with no overtime pay, bonus etc.The main problem is work is not distributed evenly throughout the whole department.

...wth. New Management is not employee friendly and believes in Hire and Fire rule. Salary and perks are not as per industry standard. Also monthly payment of salaries are irregular. Though it gives u opportunity to visit abroad but that to a very few employees. However, work culture is best in industry and you would feel at home and not in ofc.
