...till 2015, after that, no body in management is taking interest to grow further. They are interested in how to reduce or cut employees/workers salary and other incentives with telling any unwanted reason. It was very bad that they deduct the salary from the small scale labours also and showing profitability to higher management.

Dislikes

1, Very Bad Management. 2, Holding all due (Including Gratuity) after resignation. 3, denied to give experience certificate and releasing letter. 4, taking no phone calls and not replying my emails including MD 5, after resign they are attempting to create a bad image in market about ex employees. 6, Company consider only their profit, not the growth of their employees.

An ex government employee doing dirty jokes and backbitching having no technical know-how getting insult from clients openly for entering without permission during lunch, trying to bribe with free equipments and bringing fake orders and not letting educated ppl survive

Dislikes

Criminal marwari cannabis n construction Mafia from Kolkata, stealing clients and technical know-how from educated employees that they hire for only weeks. Clients leave them for overprice, delayed delivery and bad products. They want to sell cannabis to their employees. Hiring cheap uneducated biharis and making them do illegal work and behaviour. The owner and his father and uncle always giving attendance to the police station. They relocated their factory from vasai to Ahmedabad for criminal record when they were there.
