The company was amazing. Even has a small unite still work environment, managers, trainers support was good. They were also paying when we working on holiday for US holiday thrice payment & for US holiday double payment.

The salary appraisal was not satisfactory but not bad. One more thing that leaves was issue for everyone.

the managers and teal leads are not cooperate and there is no work balance zero hope in career and no job security, and they will always try to dedect your salary and incentives, which you will try to earn very hard.

The company has too many rules and managers who harass employees as in some prisoner camp of late after friends of HR department became TLs it has become quarry in which bonded labourers work of bangalore.
